This next piece of the journey touches on a subject that is close to most Human’s hearts. For Commanders especially, it is a concept that should hold no discomfort, sadness, or wavering energy.
When the word Family is uttered, Commanders have the ability to feel the fractal of life that unites all of Humanity and tap into the love that begins in their own hearts and bodies and flows into their own children, grand-children, spouses, siblings, parents, and along the threads of their ancestry.
When tapping into this web of life, if each individual can be received with the neutrality of unconditional love, then the Commander’s work is accomplished.

Dear Commanders,
The theme we wish to bring forth is FAMILY. This is a word that carries numerous connotations and can be interpreted in various ways. It is a word that seems to bind and shape allegiances. It has the ability to provide support while also confining and dividing.
We would like to take a moment with you all here today to sit with this word family. First and foremost, let’s immerse ourselves in its comfort, welcome its loving embrace, and relish in the feeling of belonging. It serves as the initial link to your identity, shaping your arrival on this planet as well as your current existence. Receive the word family as meaning feeling held, cherished, desired, and loved, regardless of whether your perception of your current life experience fully matches this story. Feel in this word family all of that support, all of the contribution to your growth and your discovery journey. The people who know you inside out, who love you unconditionally, who watch you grow and learn, who set the course of your life in motion, and who have been with you from the beginning. Feel the glorious light of coming into this world with your very own fanclub and support crew. There was no need to find them; they helped bring you into the world. They each came with their own quirks and unique abilities, and they helped you understand that you have your own too. Some traits you emulated, and others you developed independently. There is no rivalry simply because you were expected, awaited, and chosen as part of this whole, a piece of the puzzle of this family.
And as you grew and discovered what made you unique, you were delighted to explain these things to your family, who would listen and learn from you in the same way you listened and learned from them as you grew. You always understood that you had a part to play in making them strong, knowledgeable, and wise, just as they had things to transmit to you to make you strong, knowledgeable, and wise. It was always understood that you would learn to fly, spread your wings, and reach out in the vastness of this world to play your part in the bigger game, which is why you came. That is why we all came. No matter what part it is, you always recognize your family as your home.
Yet, as you ventured near or far from your home, you met another who felt like home. A match to your heart and soul that pulled you in and inspired you to create a new home. There began a separation. It was subtle at first, but it only grew. As you built this new home and this new partnership, you asked yourself, Where does my allegiance now lie? Is it with your own childhood family? Is it with your newly created family or with your partner’s family? You now find yourself surrounded by people who have different stories and ideas and who might not think in the same way about things. Did your family become bigger, smaller, or more divided?
In the distortion and discomfort of this state of being, competition arises unknowingly. There is one holiday, but there are different families to see. Preferences and pressures, disappointment and tension. What should be a blessing now becomes an obligation.
How has a word that means so much evolved to also encompass tension and pressure?
How does one individual survive the merging of all the pieces of their lives?
We wish for you to sit for a moment with whatever feelings and emotions might show up. Let them reveal themselves and be heard as we continue this journey through the breathing experience.

As a Commander and a physical descendant of brave and valuable Humans, you have the opportunity to reconcile your heart with your Human story. In your special role as Ambassador for Humanity within the Galactic realms, this rite of passage is extremely important.
Speaking for a species among a variety of sentient beings cannot happen unless you have transcended the Human story that dims your light. There are, of course, many paths and many opportunities for this work to be accomplished.
This is simply how the EMC offers its assistance in this matter. We are well aware that this work is already in progress within you. This is an opportunity to accelerate it.
