Food, like sleep, has become a substitute for direct energy communion.
The body is not powered by physical food. Energy is accessible through direct energetic connection. You may one day eat less or not at all — not from deprivation, but from remembrance.
Begin your day from the Dream — not from depletion.

Dear Commanders,
Welcome to this new transmission; welcome to this new light and energy.
As you walk into this new month and beginning, we would like to offer advice about your sleep. It may appear unusual that we should discuss something that you all do out of necessity while you are mostly in a state of general oblivion. However, sleep, like many other things, is misunderstood and promoted in a way that seems to hinder Humans rather than empower them.
According to your understanding, your days are comprised of 24 hours, each of which contains 60 minutes, each of which is filled with 60 seconds, and so on. Your time is presented as ebbing away and ticking by. It feels numbered and finite. The general consensus seems to be that at birth, you are each allotted a number of years, and the decline of this time starts when you take your first breath as a new-born baby.
As the days and years roll on, you find your time dwindling away, and your body feels its life force diminishing and leaking out, as evidenced by a loss of vision, vitality, mobility, etc. The same thing happens in the 24 hours of your day. Humans tend to believe that they are allocated a bucket of energy and vitality for each of these 24 hours, which must be spent wisely because they can only be replenished through sleep.
Have you not had experiences that challenge that way of thinking? Is it truly the only way to navigate your idea of a day? Are your energy level and physical vitality really influenced by the amount or quality of sleep you get?
Why would a moment of sleep feel more conducive to replenishing vitality, health, and stamina than a moment of conscious awareness if each moment serves as a stepping stone to the next and offers the same connection to the universe’s unlimited power? What is the true purpose of sleep? Is it necessary?
We are excited to bring this information to the forefront because it is unlike anything we have shared before. In fact, intention is what engages the processes of regeneration and replenishment that you attribute to sleep. When it comes to sleeping, you have such a practiced intention that you have almost exclusively isolated the rejuvenation and replenishing processes within your sleeping time. It is very surprising to us because it is quite obvious that your physical body is challenged to stay revitalized throughout the day, yet you wait until nighttime to attend to this. Even more intriguing to us is that you rate the efficiency of your sleep by analyzing its length, comfort, and level of disruption.
Because humans ingest a large amount of food, it is also said that sleep contributes to the digestion and processing of nutrients. However, this information is highly inaccurate. Let us explain what sleep’s intended purpose truly is.
As an embodied energy immersed in physical reality, there is little opportunity for you to commune with your oversoul and the other teachers, masters, and incarnations that are part of your current quest or line of exploration. Although you have a conscious awareness that is progressing, discovering, and remembering information about your area of interest, your being has been actively invested in data gathering since your birth. In your first few years on Earth, most of you have interacted with your masters, teachers, and other incarnations in your awake time. Along the way, as the veil of forgetfulness descended as a result of your immersion in this life story, most of your exchanges have since been done in the Dream World during sleep. The Dream World is not a specific place per se; it is mostly a juncture point or transit hub where your consciousness and light body can meet with whatever energy is required and adapt the scenery and elements in order to best transmit the information. The Dream World is also a point of assessment for your physical body, as well as a convenient time for you to receive upgrades, cleanses, and commune with high-level energies through the use of energy cocoons. Your time in the Dream World can be much longer than your concept of time allows for because it operates according to different laws. It doesn’t take into account how many seconds, minutes, or hours have passed. It accommodates the completion of the information exchange within the duration of your deep sleep.
Now that we have explained why sleep isn’t designed to serve as maintenance time for the physical body or as a way to refuel your energy, let’s examine the apparent paradox. In your sleep state, you drop all resistance, allowing energy to naturally flow back within you. This is simple and effective, but it is not the only way. To let energy flow freely when you need it, calibrate yourself to the infinite energy available all around you instead of feeling the weight of the hours that have passed and the perceived energy cost they have taken from you. Tune to the energy that creates worlds that are available in the air around you; tune to the elements; tune to nature and its organic aura of energy. Tune to the sun or the moon and feel their power flow to you. Tap into joy and see all of your energy return in an instant.
In the same way, you can establish your regeneration process as a permanent intention. Your body is quite capable of renewing itself as you go about your daily life. It doesn’t keep the task of creating new cells for your sleep time; it does so continually. Your energy levels, health, and stamina do not depend on the number of hours you spend in the Dream World. Likewise, the food you consume is not what “keeps you alive”. Energy gained from it is negligible compared to energy needed to process it out of the body. Ironic, isn’t it? The main reason you continue eating is out of habit. There is so much energy available around you, and whatever energy or vitality you feel you receive from the actual food, you could receive by placing your hands over it and communing with it. This would eliminate the need to prepare the food in the first place, as you would no longer need to consume the physical food.
Through the day, we recommend that you tap into the experience of the weightlessness of the present. This way, your focus can be on sensation, delight, and ease, allowing energy to easily flow to and through you.
Dear Commanders, days are not gifted to you as a fragile equilibrium of time and a finite amount of energy that you must conserve in order to last until you fall asleep again or rest. Yes, there are a definite number of hours in a day, but if you truly live in the moment, these hours can feel like days unto themselves, and an infinite possibility of things can occur within those ticking minutes.
We invite you to look at your day with the eyes of endless potential and ask your body which energy will best restore its health, stamina, and energy at any given time.
In essence, we invite you, dear Commanders, to think of sleep as something entirely different from how you have perceived it until now. No longer as a lifeline or a necessity to maintain the body and return you to mental clarity, but as the first step of your day and the precursor of your material unfolding. Regardless of how long or how well you perceived your sleep, know that your time in the Dream World has set the stage for this day, that you have convened with your council, and that you are more than prepared to receive the day. Let yourself rejoice in whatever state your night was in, because it does not hinder the unfolding of your day or your ability to find ease in disease.
Calibrate to the energy, the momentum, and the elevation that you desire, and let yourself simply be uplifted. Allow sleep to become an extension of your day, and no longer wait for its solace to deliver to you what you need. Take back your power and give sleep its rightful place of communication, exchange, and exploration, knowing that all that needs to be accomplished will fit in the time you spend asleep.
