Here comes another piece of the time puzzle. This transmission asserts that time serves as a witness and does not induce transformation. It is also said that when we reach full understanding, we realize that we are time.
There are many implications to this information. The most striking implication is that, if we exist as time, we do not bring about any transformation. If this is true, it means that, as witnesses, we get to switch to a different TV channel to observe life, one where what we want already exists. Time then simply relates to how easily we allow or don’t allow the transition to that other channel. It also implies that what we want already exists simultaneously. I had heard that idea before, but I couldn’t make sense of it until now.
Breath seems to be the vehicle that allows us to navigate through the different versions of the movie we are experiencing. Although the transmission doesn’t include a clear protocol on how to use breath to navigate to the place where we can witness the desired experience, I can’t help but feel that it all starts with reaching that place of peace often referred to as the zero point.

Dear Commanders,
As always, it is a pleasure to find you marching along on your journey to your return to the light, to your return to the fully integrated awareness that you are the Creator’s source energy and that just as you witness its power outside of you, you hold its power within you. You are more than just a vessel or a conduit for the lifeforce of consciousness; you are this divine consciousness in all aspects.
As these principles reawaken and reorganize your DNA, let us take this time to tell you a story. It is a story about time and humanity.
In the beginning, when all stood still and there was no movement, it could not be known that there was harmony and peace because nothing else was known. It could not be known, either, that there was unconditional love because there was only love. As creation unfolded and the great god consciousness explored and experimented, it split into two and, in this new state, became capable of self-observation. This is often seen as separation or division, but it was simply the multiplication of one self. Nothing diminished, and it consistently yielded wholesome creations that explored and maintained their connection. Until it didn’t. Human language tends to question whether separation or connection is a “good” or “bad” thing. It is an experience. All states are one, and all ways of being are one. However, when consciousness becomes engrossed in the experience and forgets the principles, no matter how many times they are told or read, they cannot reestablish the connection unless they are received by the heart. Therefore, from these various states, new ones were created. However, due to the mathematical and organized nature of everything, you will discover that, despite the intricacies of experience, you can consistently identify its origin and trace it back to the One. The great unfolding of creation works in the same way that the branches of a tree can split into myriads of leaves but always stem from the same trunk. And as this one world is created and displayed above ground, there is also another, invisible, world created under ground. To the naked eye, life may appear separate and bounded in different forms, bodies, and shapes, but to the fully opened eye, no such boundary exists, and the difficulty is in seeing this boundary in order to function in a world with such limited senses.
During that exploration, some entities took on physical form while others maintained their energy state, demonstrating how all elements can manifest in various states. Soon, very complex fractal systems were created. Some lasted, some didn’t. The movement that had begun only grew. We don’t mean it flowed endlessly forever, but rather, it breathed, expanding and receding as new information transformed the landscape and the parameters. Yet the original principles always remained, no matter how complex the civilizations and hierarchies that were born within the universes, galaxies, planets, and communities were. All creations belong to the Oneness and possess its inherent powers. Not everything remembers or has access to this information, but everything holds that potential.
In the great movement of creation, many things were named and understood through the presence of contrast. This is a very fundamental way of learning: by comparing opposites. In human understanding, one side is falsely deemed more valid than the other. Yet the truth is that both sides create one principle. When that is truly understood, the contrasts disappear and the wholeness is revealed. A true combination creates perfection, never one or the other. In the world that you exist in, this is not understood; this is not anchored. If there is one thing that humanity has mastered, it is the art of division. But the art of multiplication still exists as a mystery. To remedy this missing founding principle, you must travel beyond the human imagination, beyond the reach of your perception, to a place where time stops.
Most of you know that time is simply a perspective, an observer, and that it does not induce transformation or change but is simply its witness. Time is fractal and not linear, although it can be experienced as such. The reason humans experience time as linear is because of their reduced senses, which mostly correlate with the visible world and do not take into account the invisible. Humans only perceive the linearity of time because they view life through their eyes. When they begin again to look at life through their hearts, they will begin to notice the movements of time differently. The heart beats in the chest of non-ascended humans. The lungs open and contract. The human body breathes. This movement, which can both be conscious and unconscious, is how humans travel across the bridges of time without being aware of it. When humans begin to bring their awareness to the breath, through whatever practice they choose, they begin to connect to time itself. Breathing is the key to moving through time until you grasp that you are time. When you begin to open yourself to the fullness of breath and bring flow to the matter of your physical body, in whatever way it unfolds, you are making new timelines accessible. It’s not that these timelines didn’t exist before, but rather that they are now within your reach due to your more fluid movements. The new opportunity does not originate from your breathing; rather, it originates from the internal flow you intentionally invite in. Again, you don’t need to engage in a formal breathing practice, as you naturally breathe. However, breathing mindfully allows your body to move more freely. Harmonize your breathing to bring harmony to your experience. Breathing into your intentions takes you to the place where they are manifested. Breathe from your centre and allow the divine life force to move through you.
Dear Ones, it is time to remember how to breathe. It is time to remember how to bridge time. We will leave you with this. Of course, there is much more to say. This is only the beginning.
Let this information find its way through your body.
Let your DNA remember; let your atoms and your cells integrate.
Allow your mind not to understand.
Allow yourself to feel the resonance of what was shared.
Let yourself breathe into this reconnection with time.
It is a place of peace and harmony, and the place where it all began.
Be a witness again to your movement through time.
