04-06 – The Step Beyond

We are born with the precise and exact list of ingredients that matches who we want to be. Over time, as we begin to trust outside authorities more than ourselves and compare what is deemed lovable or acceptable, we reject some of those ingredients as undesirable or wrong.

In this transmission, Earth Mission Command invites us to flip the script and consider every ingredient we were born with as beautiful, vital, and necessary to who we are.

They offer a new way of understanding the complexity of being human. As they shed light on the paradoxes we naturally carry within us, they present them not as burdens or afflictions, but as the inevitable result of the countless experiences we have lived before. These seemingly opposing preferences naturally create tension, inviting us to believe that parts of ourselves are incompatible.

The invitation is not to choose between these parts or divide ourselves further, but to become curious about how they belong together. We came from harmony, and every part of us already has its place within the whole. The journey is not about becoming someone new, but about allowing our original coherence to reveal itself once again.

Listen to the Transmission

This transmission explores the paradoxes that shape the human experience and the harmony that emerges when they are no longer held in opposition. It is not about changing yourself, but about revealing the coherence that has always existed beneath apparent contradiction.
Listen for what awakens curiosity rather than judgment.

Relax into the Breathing Experience

This breathing experience invites the different parts of yourself into one shared space of awareness.
Through breath, curiosity, and quiet observation, you are guided beyond self-judgment and into the discovery of your innate coherence.
There is nothing to fix, only yourself to welcome.

The Living Transmission

Dear Commanders,

As you slowly settle into the movement of the unknown, steering your being with your inner compass, testing for uplift, expansion, ease, openness, and flow, you begin to realize that life was not the mapped-out, predefined storyline you have been trained to believe it was.

You inevitably reach the conclusion that there is no pre-paved path to follow, no outside authority to please or appease by proving you are the good human being they expect you to be. Life, as you are beginning to figure out, is a much more open-road kind of experience. When that knowledge truly sets in, your relationship with life is altered permanently.

You realize that what is uncomfortable in your life is present because some part of you is tolerating it.

That’s a big statement, isn’t it?

But what does it mean?
Is it a judgment of your character or of your ability to lead an exclusively joyful life?

It may seem that way, but what it truly is is a window into understanding your true power. If life is not a predesigned pathway that you must walk, if all the choices are there for you to make from your own compass, it means that nothing is imposed on you that you have not chosen, accepted, or tolerated.

Immediately, your mind will go to pain, suffering, war, and injustice with the question: surely no one would willingly choose or tolerate this. But if you take a moment to pause and breathe, you would become receptive enough to come to the conclusion that the answer is yes—that most humans do, at some stage in their lives, choose one of these options over others. The interesting question to ask is why. Not why they choose this, but why this seems like the path of least resistance or the path of choice.

Understanding will help ease your resistance to your own suffering and also grant you the possibility to invite alternative paths to emerge.

It’s important to establish the right baseline. Humans very rarely have a choice of path that offers something extremely simple and enticing versus something heavy and difficult. Human choices are woven with multiple layers of complexity. Therefore, the choices rarely sit between suffering or not suffering. The dilemmas are infinitely more subtle and complex than that. Humans, for the most part, are intricate, multi-layered beings with allegiances to a variety of conflicting perspectives, and choosing a new path often implies finding a way to reconcile seemingly opposing allegiances. That is the simple explanation as to why it seems difficult for humans to change.

In their intrinsic nature, they are honourable and faithful. The tricky part is understanding how their allegiances and codes of honour pull them apart and complexify their lives.

For example, imagine that, as a child, you had a pet lamb that you loved very dearly. You made a promise to it that you would never eat meat and would always respect animals, without realizing that maybe your own body might be specifically built to function better through the consumption of animal protein.

As an adult, you may find yourself caught between two forms of discomfort. You either keep the promise while your body lacks the nutrients it sorely needs, or you break the promise and carry the invisible guilt of having done so. What may appear to be food allergies or bowel irritability could, in fact, be the physical expression of that unresolved inner conflict.

In this example, none of the forward paths are wrong, but they demonstrate the unconscious tolerance of one discomfort because of an unresolved promise.

Before you have the opportunity to begin extrapolating about your own suffering and past promises or preferences, where we want to bring you is not to a place of scouring and cancelling old pacts made in this lifetime or others. That is actually not the most effective way to begin untangling the complex web of your own story.

Instead, what we want to point out is that suffering results from the complexity and uniqueness of your own interests and curiosity. Instead of being drawn to the past to uncover what innocent promise is responsible for your current state of discomfort, look to understand who you are.

Because not one promise made in the past can erase or completely alter the unfolding of discomfort, pain, or suffering. The true key is understanding the paradoxes that live within your being and finding ways to bring them into coherence. That is much closer to following your intended incarnation inquiry and much more likely to lessen the suffering, discomfort, or tension you are experiencing in your life.

You have to understand that, having lived thousands upon thousands of lives prior to this one, it is perfectly understandable that you would have seemingly opposing preferences coded into your DNA. Almost every human does. Part of the reason why you came into your current life experience and body is to continue bringing coherence to those aspects of life that pulse within you.

That is why human life paths are notoriously challenging. Not because the reality you were born into is heavy, but because you carry many contradicting preferences that you are learning to make sense of.

To illustrate this, let us offer a few examples. We can name the desire to discover things by yourself while craving fast results and proof of progress. This is a very common thread among humans in this passage of time. Each individual is finding different ways to live, personify, and experience this paradox.

Another example is the need for validation alongside the desire to honour your intrinsic value.

Humans are built from these complex paradoxes and combinations of preferences, each in their own unique way. Every individual is seeking a state of inner coherence while inhabiting a world that contains every variation of those same preferences. The result is a wonderfully colourful world full of extremes, contrasts, and diversity.

It is not only at the individual level that humans are striving to reconcile harmony and coherence. The same process unfolds between people, communities, and nations living in contrasting environments and cultures.
This world of diversity that you exist in is a representation of the complex inner landscape and history that each human brings into this life. It is marvellously ordained to be chaotic until humans return to a state of peace within themselves, finding bridges between the parts of themselves that seem doomed to live in opposition.

So the suffering you see is an integral part of the return to harmony. It doesn’t force one voice to disappear. Rather, it patiently waits for harmony to emerge from the multifaceted aspects that exist within each human.

That is why you are so often told that the work begins with you. It is not because you alone hold the key to returning your world to peace. It is because, when you begin to find harmony and points of connection between the different parts of yourself that seem contradictory, your world opens a new path of unification that others can also walk.

Reducing suffering, pain, and war is not about enforcing restrictions. It is about revealing common ground, understanding seemingly opposing ideas, and allowing new pathways of unity to emerge so that certain radical or reaction-based behaviours no longer feel like the only way for humans to express the contrast that lives within them.

When you understand that all humans are inhabited by a multitude of contrasting allegiances, curiosity returns as the only energy capable of opening the dialogue.

That dialogue exists just as much between the different parts of yourself as it does between people, nations, forms, or energies.

The essential thing is to hold curiosity and support it with compassion.

That is how you begin to move away from suffering and tolerating and into a space of peace. Not the forced peace of compromise, but the lasting peace born of open understanding and dialogue.

This is the way that is opening ahead.

Hear our words carefully: this is not a place where everything becomes acceptable.

But it is a place where stories are heard, preferences are identified, and previously unthought-of solutions emerge.

Because in that space, there is no model against which a person’s preferences are judged. If a preference exists, it is valid by default. The learning is not to grant it validation, but to hold enough trust and compassion that the preference itself can reveal how it sits alongside the others.

It is similar to playing with magnets. If you hold them a certain way, they will constantly repel one another. But if you allow them simply to rest in proximity, you naturally witness how they want to come together.

All parts of you, and of your world, have the possibility of showing you how they come together if you stop judging or diminishing them. Let them exist within your being and allow them to show you how they fit with the rest of you.

That is the true path to inner harmony.

It is not a path of healing in the sense of changing what exists within you. It is a path of true acceptance that reveals the pre-existing coherence you were born from.

That is the step beyond.

Close your eyes.
Let yourself feel the different parts of you that seem to stand in opposition to one another.
Relax with them.

Allow them to exist.
Allow them to be part of you.

Let them reveal, instead, how they create a unique harmony within you.

See them move around, reorganize themselves, and suddenly fit into one coherent whole.

Let that be your exercise for the coming weeks.

Whenever you encounter a part of yourself that seems to stick out or threaten the harmony of the whole, make space for it.
Receive it.
Accept it.
Give it room to show you how it fits within the greater map of who you are.

Dear Commanders, it is time to hold yourself as whole and carefully curated.
You do not have pieces of yourself that don’t belong or tarnish who you are.
All of you fits together and has a singular synergy.

Let that emerge.

We are with you.

In all love,
We are Earth Mission Command.

  1. One of the things that has started to come together, instead of feeling like an opposition, is the relationship between our galactic origins and the deeply ingrained desire to champion being Human.

For a long time, these two ideas lived as opposing parts of me. But over the past few days, a new story has begun to emerge. The desire to become fully and completely Human—to embody the full potential of what that means, feels like the very inheritance of our galactic ancestry.

As if becoming fully Human was always the intended design and the gift carried to us through the stars.

Realizing this has brought such a profound sense of peace to my body. It has also made me aware of just how much energy I was spending keeping these two ideas separate, when perhaps they had been pointing toward one another all along.
