04-04 Presence

We have reached a point in the journey where awareness is no longer the destination.

Where understanding our emotions, our patterns, our inner landscapes is no longer enough on its own. That we are ready for what comes next.

“A Space to Honour” invited us to stop minimizing what we feel.
To recognize the complexity of what moves within us.
To allow our emotions to exist, not as problems to solve, but as living experiences asking to be met.

And from that space, something new begins to emerge.

Presence.

Not only in the pauses of life.
Not only in silence, meditation, or moments of stillness.
But in movement.
In uncertainty.
In the rain.
In the ordinary moments we usually rush through, avoid, analyze, or numb ourselves against.

This transmission explores what happens when we stop trying to escape the experience we are in and begin fully meeting life as it unfolds.

Not to control it.
Not to force it.
Not to transcend or elevate it.
Not even to fully understand it.

But to remain here.

Because perhaps true power was never in leaving the moment,
but in allowing ourselves to truly live it.

This breathing experience invites you to remain present with whatever is alive in the moment, without needing to change, understand, or escape it.

Through breath, sensation, and awareness, it supports the experience of staying with yourself as life moves through you.

The Living Transmission

Dear Commanders,

These words took a long time to come. They took a long time to find the space to be heard, the space to land.

What is happening within all of you is a slowing down. We reassure you, it is not life slowing down its movement within your physical bodies and beings. No, it is your resistance to life, to what is, to what wants to unfold, that has gone quiet. Not because you no longer dream or hold wishes you want to see manifested in your reality, but because you trust more and more that what is shown to your mind as a desire or dream is already underway.

What you are feeling now is not necessarily proof of all these dreams and ideas flowing to you from all directions. No, what you are feeling instead is space — a sense of peace, even without the concrete, tangible expression of your dreams filling your life yet.

This space is subtle but undeniable.
It comes with less urgency.
Less need to force things forward, to make them happen.

A budding experiment to slow your efforts, your planning, your control over how things will come.
To slow the holding, the alertness, the bracing, the questioning.
To let the buzzing energy fade out.

It is not always easy to notice. You are so used to the buzzing that realizing it is quieting down takes awareness. But it is easing. And something new is replacing it: a silent trust that you can do less, know less, understand less, plan less, and let life do more for you.

We can see it is not easy to adjust to. The tendency to make things happen is so ingrained, the habit so practiced. And yet, it feels less and less relevant to maintain it.

No, you are not becoming lazier, nor are you indulging in procrastination. You have finally learned to accept the phase of the process you are in. It does not always please you. You do not necessarily agree with your current part of the process. You might still wish to accelerate toward the next phase, but you allow the fact that the current phase exists, that it is relevant, and that it is meant to be felt.

That, dear Commanders, is wonderful news.

The moment you truly begin to accept where you are. That you honour the moment in time that is now as the relevant and true experience, your energy becomes presence. You become more of yourself in this moment. You reduce the split that exists for the majority of humans, where most of their energy lives between the past and the future and very little of them exists now.

You, dear Commanders, are beginning to exist mostly now.

What this changes about how reality responds to you is immense.

It is something you will begin to notice in how quickly things begin to line up and respond to you, how rich your emotional experiences become, how much lighter life feels, how much more easily wonder and amazement arise within you.

The texture of life itself is beginning to feel different.

That is because you spend less time analyzing and comparing life and more time within it.

We can use the imagery of a cup of tea. Instead of describing its temperature, colour, and taste, investigating where it comes from, and strategizing about the best way to drink it or what cup would maximize the experience…

You are simply drinking it.
Enjoying the warmth of the cup in your hands.
Feeling the hot liquid move through your mouth and throat.
Tasting its distinct flavour.
You are not looking to describe it to anyone.
You are savouring it.

That is what it means to be in the present moment, in the experience, in the body, in now.

You are no longer in presence only in the pauses that you create in your life, like moments alone in nature, in meditation, or breathing. You are also present through movement, through chaos, through the unknown, through fast-moving currents, through slow periods.

You have decided to begin living the experiences that come your way instead of only trying to understand them or shutting off while moving through them.

It is all part of the process.

Bringing awareness and understanding to your experiences was a useful step that helped you remain conscious. Now you are on the second half of the bridge, where you let go of understanding and making sense, and remain present nonetheless.

That is the next leap of faith.

And this one is quiet.

It does not shout.
It does not bring startling clarity or dramatic new insights.

It brings textures.
Flavours.
Sensations.
And not all of them enjoyable.

But all FELT.
All LIVED.

That is the difference.
That is what awareness has brought you.

Enough understanding, disentangling, and trust to simply live the moments while remaining yourself, remaining present.

You are now relearning how to live without constantly questioning, knowing, analyzing, or understanding. You are integrating the truth that it is safe to trust the flow of life, even when you do not understand where each experience is leading you, even when it does not arrive in the form you would have preferred.

You are learning to stay with yourself no matter what.

This state of ongoing presence is where you were being led all along.
It only becomes possible when your nervous system trusts you and trusts life.
For most, the nervous system begins to trust when enough moments have shown it that it is safe to do so. And you have done so, over and over.

That is where you are.

Can you feel the truth of that?
Can you feel the assurance within you that whatever unfolds, you can move through it, that you will allow in support if you need it, that you will love yourself and love others?

You know how to be you, no matter what.

And even if you momentarily leave yourself, you know how to return.

That is the accomplishment.
That is what we celebrate.

Know that all of your stories are different. All of the experiences that challenge your presence are unique. And yet, together, you are learning to remain in permanent presence.

That is an achievement.

In the coming weeks and months, you will learn to truly observe presence within yourselves and within others. You will feel it. You will recognize it. You will embody it.

Continuous presence — not only in moments of pause or meditation — is what fuels exponential shifts. It leads to unconditional living. You no longer require specific conditions in order to stay connected to yourself.

You simply are.

Take that in.
Breathe with it.
Feel the subtlety of it.
Become attuned to it.

Your level of presence matches your power of action. Not in the sense that you can do more in presence, but in the sense that the actions that arise from presence have a powerful and unshakeable impact.

It shifts how you are received, understood, and met.
By yourself.
By others.
By your world.

So the invitation is this:

Foster this presence, this willingness to let yourself enter fully into experiences without needing to know why they are here or what they mean.

Simply feel them.
Live them.

And allow clarity to surface on its own.
Allow solutions to emerge naturally.
Allow life to truly cocreate with you.

This is a beautiful phase.
Enjoy it.

We get to feel more through your presence.
We are here with you more wholesomely.
You begin to feel us in the texture of life.
You begin to feel — not simply know — the interconnectedness of all things.

This sensation cannot be reversed.
It will only deepen.

Embrace it.

It is the beginning of living as a Divine Human of Light.

An invitation to choose presence

As you move through the coming days, notice the moments where you usually rush past the experience you are in.

The moments where you brace.
Where you disconnect.
Where you try to get somewhere else mentally or emotionally.

And then gently ask yourself:
What changes when I choose presence instead?

Not to fix the moment.
Not to make it pleasant.
Simply to fully be there for it.

What becomes available to you when you stop resisting the experience and begin living it?
